When in doubt, size up one step
The jump from 10×10 to 10×15 is usually only a few dollars — and it's cheaper than renting a second unit later.
Boxes stack, furniture doesn't
Stackable boxes save half the space you'd expect. Bulky items — sofas, mattresses, appliances — set the true size you need.
Leave an aisle
Reserve about 20% of the floor for an aisle so you can reach items in the back without unpacking the whole unit.
Vehicles fit differently
Cars and small trucks fit in a 10×20. Boats, trailers, and RVs usually need a 10×30 or outdoor space — call us first.
